Dear Bacher Funeral Home Staff,

As you know, my family experienced two deaths of loved ones in about a six-week period. Your family handled the arrangements for both our mother and father. We were extremely pleased with the manner of professionalism, dignity and grace you demonstrated throughout the entire process for both Peggy and Richard, but the level of service you provided when Richard passed away is what we want to share with individuals thinking about using your services.

Richard lived in the Tallmadge area but was to be buried in Central City Kentucky. After calling hours on Friday, you transported his body to Cleveland Hopkins airport for the flight to Kentucky. My family began the 10-hour drive on Saturday morning and were surprised to receive a phone call from Eric Bacher that airline employees had neglected to place him on the flight. Eric told us that he was going to drive to Cleveland and then to Columbus for another flight. He assured us that everything would be handled. A few hours later we received another call from Eric. He wasn’t sure he could make the connecting flight so he was driving down to Central City. When he arrived, Eric called to let us know that everything was taken care of and wished us well. Eric Bacher and the Bacher Funeral Home staff went the extra mile (actually about 1,000 miles) for our family.

When they arrived at Cleveland Hopkins airport on Friday, they actually had completed the terms of our contract. My family’s problem was not theirs, BUT they resolved the issue and we are extremely grateful for the depth of care and service they provided. It is without any reservation that we will recommend the Bacher Funeral Home to family and friends.

I just wanted to tell you thank you from the bottom of my heart. When Michael died I wasn't sure that I could go on. When your son is 13yrs old, you think that they will live forever, not pass away in their sleep. The same with Issac, 4 month olds don't pass away while taking a nap.

I just want to say thank you for everything that you have done for our family, it has been an awful year for us as you well know, but I am glad that you have been there to help our family through it all. We could never find a funeral home that is more caring and understanding than Bacher Norton.
